Hello and welcome! I’m Stephanie, a dedicated esthetician based in upstate New York with a passion for helping others achieve their best skin at any age. With a background as a Registered Nurse, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and a deep love for skincare to my practice. My journey into the world of esthetics began with my work as an aesthetic nurse at a local med spa. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for skincare and the profound impact it can have on one’s confidence and well being. Inspired to pursue my passion for skin care or as I like to call it skin therapy, I returned to school to get my Esthetics license, merging my medical knowledge with foundational skincare techniques to learn how to properly take care of your skin. Understanding the foundation of skin and what it truly needs is at the heart of my approach. I believe in a personalized approach to skincare, focusing on prevention and correction. From customized facials to treatments tailored to you, I am committed to providing that are effective and results-driven. Cancellation Policy
Your treatment sessions are incredibly important to me, and I strive to provide the best possible experience for each of you. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment changes. To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. However, if less than 48 hours' notice is provided, 50% of your total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. Please note that failure to pay or fraudulent attempts to avoid payment will result in a ban from future bookings. In the event of a no call or no show, the same policy applies – 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged, and repeat occurrences will result in a ban from future bookings.
I understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise unexpectedly. If you find yourself in such a situation, please notify me as soon as possible so we can make necessary adjustments. Regarding tardiness, I value your time and strive to maintain punctuality. If you are up to 10 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you within your original time slot. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be rescheduled to ensure the best experience for all clients and so my schedule moves smoothly.
